- Customized products (including engraved items, custom sizes) — no returns or exchanges
- Earrings and other body jewelry due to hygiene reasons (except for quality issues)
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items (missing packaging/accessories)
Return Process
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue
- We will confirm and provide the return address
- Ship the item back and provide the tracking number
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the return
